Start your morning wit Blueberry Smoothie

 
Start your morning with this thick and creamy Blueberry Smoothie that is healthy, delicious and super quick to make!

Ingredients:
  • Oats cooked over night (half cup)
  • Milk 300ml
  • Yogurt (1 small cup)
  • Blueberry (8) (4-5 for juice) (3 for toppings)
 
Instructions:
  • Add all ingredients to your blender and puree until smooth. Pour into one mug. It will taste better if it’s chilled.
  • If you can’t find blueberries use blueberry yogurt instead.
