1. Drink a liter of water first thing in the morning before brushing: Drink 4 glasses (or a liter) of water first thing in the morning on an empty stomach, even before brushing or washing your mouth. This has a number of advantages. It rehydrates your body first. Second, clearing out impurities nourishes your body cells. Third, it boosts the body's metabolism and is an excellent approach to losing weight. Fourth, it hydrates the brain, which is made up of 75% water. Drinking water first thing in the morning makes you feel bright and clear, allowing you to think clearly throughout the day. Fifth, it encourages bowel movement, which is a fantastic way to start the day.

2. Eat a balanced diet and never skip breakfast. Breakfast gives you the energy you need to go through the day. “Eat breakfast like a king, lunch like a prince, and supper like a pauper,” as the proverb goes. This is a fantastic method to keep track of what you're eating throughout the day.

Breakfast entails 'breaking the fast,' which refers to the starving phase that occurred while the body was sleeping all night. It should consist of a complete, well-balanced, and healthy diet. Make sure you drink at least 8-10 glasses of water each day. Then, as the day goes on, you should consume lighter meals with fewer carbohydrates in the evening. This aids in the progression of the body's metabolism. A light dinner allows you to go asleep quickly without feeling bloated. This is due to the fact that the body continues to function throughout the night. The end result is that you wake up feeling rejuvenated the next morning.

3. Drink water 30 minutes before each meal and 40 minutes after each meal. As a result, it's essential to drink water at least 30 minutes beforehand. Similarly, after a meal, one should avoid drinking water right away, especially cold water! The effect of putting water into a hot oven is easy to envisage. Similarly, the digestive process is impaired after a meal, and the stomach's ability to absorb nutrients is hampered.

4. Stay away from fried and oily foods. After eating oily or fried items, drink some warm water. Fried or fatty foods are certainly appealing, but they are also unhealthy. If you're having them, be sure to drink them with lukewarm water, as this prevents the oil from settling and converting into fat, which is then flushed out of the body.

5. Drink a cup of green tea every day. It is high in antioxidants and aids in weight loss. Green tea is much more than just a cup of tea. It's high in bioactive chemicals, which are antioxidant-rich and have been shown to benefit health. It also improves brain function, which makes you more alert. It boosts fat burning and athletic stamina.
